I stayed here for about a month and really enjoyed it. The place is clean, well-furnished, and comfortable — the bed is great, and the overall vibe is cozy. The location is super convenient too.

The only thing is the noise — the bar downstairs can get pretty loud on weekends, and there’s some construction noise in the mornings from the nearby parking lot.

Still, for around $2k a month in the off-season, it’s really good value. Probably one of the best short-term stays I’ve had in this price range. The management team is friendly and easy to communicate with.

I’m giving it 5 stars overall and actually plan to book again next month — just hoping for a quieter room on the other side!

Had a great experience here! I stayed for approximately 3 months in the summer and enjoyed it. The location is great for young adults - this area is very lively (usually 5 days a week, We - Su), which is great for going out with friends, but it can loud at night, but overall great location. The apartment was very clean and the air conditioning worked well and was not noisy. It was furnished well and had many cleaning supplies that I needed. Ryan was very helpful and responsive when I had questions or help with checking in. When the elevator was being services, it did not take long to get fixed. I will definitely miss this place!

I lived in San Pedro Square apartments for about two years as I pursued my masters at SCU. I will say it was such a good experience that I even felt emotional leaving, and I’ll always cherish the memories I made in that charming building. Ryan was a wonderful landlord and I felt he was protective of everyone who stayed in the building. I can’t think of anything negative to say, and I truly feel like the place gave me some of the best years and memories. Thank you, Ryan! I won’t hesitate to stay again if the need ever came.

Look no further than here if you’re coming to San Jose! Location is unbeatable and within walking distance of numerous cafes and local restaurants. Apartments themselves are super clean and well furnished, plus Ryan is an excellent host who’s super responsive. It’s evident there was great care in ensuring guests are well accommodated. Cannot recommend this place enough, and thank you to Ryan for the great experience!
