San Pedro Square Apartments is one of the best places I’ve stayed at so far. I’ve been staying here for 4 months, and one of the highlights has been the location. The apartment has all the amenities you could ask for and is spacious and modern. Most importantly, Ryan has been very responsive and helpful with general inquiries and minor maintenance issues. It’s reassuring that any concerns were addressed so swiftly making living here truly a breeze. Thank you again, Ryan!

Look no further than here if you’re coming to San Jose! Location is unbeatable and within walking distance of numerous cafes and local restaurants. Apartments themselves are super clean and well furnished, plus Ryan is an excellent host who’s super responsive. It’s evident there was great care in ensuring guests are well accommodated. I've been living above the San Pedro Market Square for four months now, and it's been an absolute delight. The location couldn't be more perfect—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to all the best night life. What truly sets this place apart, though, is our landlord, Ryan. He is incredibly responsive; whenever there's an issue, no matter how small, he's on it immediately. More often than not, things are fixed within the hour, sometimes even minutes, thanks to Edgar's efficient work. Living here has been a breeze thanks to their outstanding support and the unbeatable location.

Been staying at San Pedro for the last 2.5 months and I LOVE this apartment!!!!

1) The location is great and right in the middle of downtown SJ with many bars, starbucks, gyms, stores & restaurants around. Commute to caltrain is also about 22 mins away by foot so super convenient.

2) On safety, other than a few homeless people 3 or so blocks away, the location is quite safe even early morning & late at night, (can only access building + unit with security code).

3) The apartment is exactly as marketed. It’s very clean, nicely furnished and supplied with all necessities like towels and kitchen utensils + fridge + microwave + table top. There is also a shared laundry room with washer + dryer. Basically, it has everything you need to quickly settle in and feel at home. The building itself is well maintained and cleaned regularly.

4) Ryan and Edgar are really wonderful hosts. They have been extremely responsive, considerate and helpful. Very top notch management!

Overall, I highly recommend the apartments for both a short and long stay. You won’t regret it 😊😊

Perfect location for those who want to enjoy the city! Almost everything you need is within walking distance. The apartments are above the restaurants and bars in San Pedro Square so it can get a little noisy during weekends however with the windows closed you can't hear much. The wifi isn't always great. The apartment has all the amenities you need and Ryan is always on top of communication and easy to reach. He was an excellent host! Clean and convenient! Great for long term or short terms stays.

Folks like the nice location when they have to be on long term jobs in San Jose.  Furthermore, the people are easy to work with and the rooms are really very nice. Above all, what we have here is a great service and great product!

Firstly, we had out-of-town executives coming to visit us in San Jose for about a month.  Secondly, we needed a nice, central apartment that had hotel like amenities at a good cost. The apartments at San Jose City Rentals were perfect! Right next to the vibrant San Pedro Market area, very close to CalTrain for trips to SF, and it ended up being a home away from home for our executives. Most importantly, the booking team was easy and responsive, and as a result we will definitely be using their service again.
