We accommodate flexible dates of stay that our working travelers demand. Booking online direct allows for a deep discount when compared against our listings on 3rd party travel sites. Enter your dates of stay and discounted pricing will be reflected in the results page.
All apartment rentals have been tastefully appointed with a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, coffee makers, pots and pans as well as silverware and glass ware. The apartments have all the amenities you would need in order to have a fully functioning home. In addition, you may appreciate the high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming tv, gym and on-site laundry facilities. There are no additional fees for utilities. Paid parking structure is provided by the City of San Jose next to our building.

Another major advantage we have is our central location. Situated on the corner of the San Pedro Square you can rest assured that we are at the epicenter of downtown San Jose, California. San Pedro Square Apartments is walking distance from the San Jose Convention Center, SAP Center and dozens of restaurants and outdoor venues such as the San Pedro Market. We are located at 155 West Santa Clara Street San Jose, California 95113. Parking is available throughout downtown San Jose for daily and monthly use. Most convenient is the San Pedro Square Garage across the street from San Pedro Square Apartments. Monthly passes can be applied for and reserved in advance through San Jose’s Park SJ.

The building is a great example of how an older historic landmark can be restored to 21st century standards. Our innovative design team has brought modern and iconic results to a historic building that the City of San Jose can be proud of.
